Circulation and Digitization Projects Librarian. Mr.
Joergensen earned his B.A. degree in 1983 and
M.A. degree in 1985 at Fordham University. He earned his J.D. at Temple University in 1992,
where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and an editor for the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review.
He completed his M.S. (L.I.S.) in 1997 at Drexel University. Prior to
coming to Rutgers, he practiced appellate criminal law in Philadelphia.
