Codirector, Rutgers–Camden Mediation Center.Mr. Viniar earned his
B.A. in 1972 at Cornell University. He earned his J.D. at Villanova
University in 1976. After clerking in the Camden County Superior
Court, he commenced practice in Gloucester County, New Jersey. He is a founding partner of Angelini, Viniar
& Freedman, a general practice firm with offices in Cherry Hill and
Woodbury. In 1995, he
founded South Jersey Mediation Center and has been an active practitioner of
and proponent for mediation, particularly in family matters. He has led the training of several hundred
people as divorce mediators through the Rutgers School of Law–Camden, South Jersey
Mediation Center, and the New Jersey Association of Professional
Mediators. Mr. Viniar is a member of the
New Jersey Bar and New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators; and he currently
sits as a member of the Supreme Court Complementary Dispute Resolution Committee and the Supreme Court
Advisory Committee on Mediator Standards.
