Verona earned her B.S. with honors in 1997 at Rutgers University in New Brunswick and her J.D. in 2001 at Rutgers School of Law–Camden. She is admitted to practice in New
Jersey.After law school, Ms. Verona
served as a law clerk to the Honorable Bryan D. Garruto of the New Jersey
Superior Court, Law Division, and practiced environmental litigation at the New
Jersey Attorney General's Office. She
joined the Office of Career Planning in January 2004.Ms. Verona advises
students and alumni on a wide range of career planning issues, including private
practice and government and public interest careers, as well as judicial
clerkships and alternative legal paths. She also works closely with employers to assist them in using Office of Career
Planning resources to maximize the recruitment of
Rutgers School of Law–Camden students and alumni.
