Assistant Dean of
Development. Ms.
Maylath is responsible for the development, administration, and coordination of
all philanthropic support for the law school. In this capacity, she is
spearheading efforts to increase funds raised from reunion classes as well as
corporate, foundation, and individual major gifts. She engages and
involves alumni in the life of the school to increase their inclination to
give. She ensures that institutional priorities are identified,
communicated, and funded. She also oversees the stewardship of donors
through thank-you letters, calls, and events. Prior to joining Rutgers,
she served as vice president of development for United Way of Camden
County. She has also served United Way of Gloucester County as director
of fund distribution and major individual gifts. Ms. Maylath rounds out her
career in development with service to the American Heart Association and
Deborah Hospital Foundation. Ms. Maylath has a B.A. from
Montclair State University.
