Director of Finance and Administration. Mr. Cholera
joined Rutgers University in January 2002 as business manager in the Office of
the Vice President of Student Affairs (OVPSA) in Central Administration, where he was
responsible for fiscal/budget/personnel and facility administration of all
units under the OVPSA. He joined the administration team of the School of
Law as the director of finance and administration in
2006. Prior to joining Rutgers, he served as an accountant at Provident Mutual
Life and Penn Mutual Life in Philadelphia from 1984 to 2001. He also
worked as an accountant at TIR Manufacturing, Nairobi, Kenya. He earned
his B.A. from Bombay University.
