Librarian Emeritus. Ms. Cox earned her
B.A. at Case Western Reserve University in 1961, her Ph.D. at the
University of Pennsylvania in 1975, and her M.L.S. at Drexel University
in 1976. She has taught Russian at the University of Pennsylvania and Widener University. Before coming to the law library at
Rutgers-Camden, she was in charge of reference and public services at
Villanova Law School. Her publications include a translation of a book
on Soviet civil law, several book reviews, and a bibliography on
sources of Russian Federation Law. She has presented papers on the
documentation of Soviet law at national conventions of the American
Association of Slavic Studies and the American Library
Association.
