Reference Librarian.
Ms. Talley earned her B.A. from the Pennsylvania State
University in 1998. In 2003, she obtained her J.D. from the Penn
State Dickinson School of Law, where she was a member of the Penn State Law
Review. Ms. Talley practiced law in Philadelphia for seven years as a
commercial litigator before earning her M.S. in library and information science
from Drexel University.
