Amy Bitterman is an instructor in Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research.
She previously taught at Rutgers Law School in Camden, and practiced law
in New Jersey and New York. She is also a published author of fiction
and nonfiction in a variety of venues.
She earned her B.A. magna cum laude in history of art from
Bryn Mawr and was the winner of the Dorothy Headley award. She received
her J.D., with honors, from Harvard Law School. Prior to joining
Rutgers Law School, she practiced
law in New Jersey and New York for 13 years.
