Emily Kline received her B.A. from Barnard College in 1992 and her J.D.
from Rutgers School of Law-Newark in 1997. She practiced labor and
employment law at O'Melveny & Myers, and labor and employment law,
intellectual property law, and general litigation at Friedman Siegelbaum
and Goodwin Procter.
She is also designated counsel for the New Jersey
Public Defender's Office, Appellate Division. She has taught Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research at Rutgers Law School since 2001.
