Government-issued uniforms and equipment are provided to all contracted cadets enrolled in Army ROTC. These items must be returned to the ROTC department at the end of each semester or as directed by the ROTC supply officer.
Contracted cadets enrolled in the basic or advanced course of Army ROTC receive $420 as a monthly stipend while attending classes. Army tuition and fees scholarship recipients receive the cadet stipend plus $1,200 for books per year. New Jersey Army National Guard members who are also Army ROTC cadets may be eligible for additional tuition benefits.
