General History Minor
The minor in history consists of six 3-credit courses, passed with a grade of C or better, including three courses at the 300 to 400 level. A minimum of four courses for the minor must be taken at Rutgers University. No more than one course used to complete a major or minor in another department can be used to fulfill the requirements of the history minor.
Law and History Minor
The minor in law and history provides an interdisciplinary
introduction to the study of law, with a particular focus on the role of
history in examining law and legal culture in their social contexts. The minor in law and history consists
of six 3-credit courses, passed with a grade of C or better, from the following
list. No more than one course used to
complete a major or minor in another department can be used to fulfill the
