A minimum of 36 credits are required for the geography major.
Requirement 1: Survey courses: a total of 9 credits from (01:450:101,102,103)
Requirement 2: Methods course: a total of 3 credits from
(01:450:330)
Requirement 3: Theory course: a total of 3 credits from (01:450:470)
Requirement 4: Tracks - a total of 18 credits, which must include 12 credits from one of three tracks, and 3 credits from each of the other two tracks. The tracks are:

Requirement 5: Elective - a total of 3 credits of any geography course earned at the 200 level or higher.
No more than 3 credits earned at 100- or 200-level courses may be used to satisfy requirement 4.
No more than one course with a grade of D may be used in the geography major.
Depending on the content of the
course, the following may be
applied to any track at the discretion of the undergraduate director:
