The five-year B.A. or B.S./M.L.E.R. program allows students to complete a bachelor of arts (B.A.) or bachelor of science (B.S.) degree in labor studies and employment relations and a master of labor and employment relations (M.L.E.R.) degree in five years of full-time study. Students who graduate from the program are prepared to assume responsible positions in the field of labor and employment relations.
