B.A. in Human Resource Management
The undergraduate human resource management (HRM) programs include a human resources (HR) undergraduate major and an HR undergraduate minor. By covering a broad range of topics, the HRM major or minor will familiarize students with some of the issues they may have to deal with as a manager or team leader in HR or other areas. These issues include how to staff, motivate, and develop team members--and are taught from the perspective of the HR professional, the manager, and the employee.
