Master's in Human Resource Management


Students may apply up to 18 credits from the human resource management (HRM) courses (37:533) toward the master in human resource management (M.H.R.M.) degree provided the student receives a grade of B or better in each course and provided the student applies for the M.H.R.M. within five years after receiving their undergraduate degree. The M.H.R.M. is a 48-credit degree program which may be reduced to 30 credits if 18 credits are utilized from the undergraduate program. Students who are not a declared HRM major or minor may also apply up to 18 credits from any of the HRM courses to the M.H.R.M. program provided they have met the stipulations stated above. Students can only substitute undergraduate courses from the Master's Advantage Plan list.
