Associate Professor of Law. (Antitrust; Bankruptcy; Corporate Finance; Law and Economics.) Professor Sharfman earned a B.A. in economics and international relations from Johns Hopkins University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago. Following law school, he clerked for the Honorable Frank H. Easterbrook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and then was an associate at Latham & Watkins in New York. Before joining the Rutgers-Newark faculty, Professor Sharfman was visiting assistant professor of law and John M. Olin Fellow at Cornell Law School.
