Professor Haber received his B.A. from City College of New York and his
LL.B. from Yale, where he was comments editor of the Yale Law Journal.
After that he clerked, first for Judge Charles Clark on the Second
Circuit and then for Justice Hugo Black on the U.S. Supreme Court. He
is the author of several books including Law of Water Allocation in Eastern United States (1958) and Political and Civil Rights in the United States (2nd ed., 1967). He has been a member of the Rutgers faculty since 1956.
