Head of Digital Services. Mr. Reiss received a B.A. in economics and, in 2002, an M.L.I.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His main areas of concentration at the graduate level were information processing standards, document processing, and Internet technologies. He is completing a Certificate of Advanced Study in Library and Information Science from the same university. Mr. Reiss, who joined the law library in 2003, is a member of the Association for Computing Machinery, the American Association of Law Libraries, and the New Jersey Law Librarians Association.
