Students can apply to the Urban Teacher Education Program (UTEP) while enrolled in Social Foundations of Urban Education (21:300:292). Applications to UTEP are accessible through Blackboard each semester to students enrolled in that course. Each year there are two application deadlines: April 1 for fall admission and November 1 for spring admission.
