This sequence provides students with preprofessional training and
policy-making theory that will help them enjoy employment in the
professional arts world. Students gain marketable proficiencies
in creating an arts agency, planning, organizing, leading,
fund-raising, and coordinating resources. They will understand
the necessity of multi-tasking and working collaboratively.
Further, they will be provided with the opportunity to work and
network with professionals in the field through scheduled "shadowing,"
volunteerism, and internships.
