Government and State Documents Librarian. Mr.
Butler earned his B.A. in 1972 at Middlebury College. He earned his
J.D. at Boston College Law School in 1975. Mr. Butler practiced law for
20 years before deciding to make a career change. He earned his M.S. at
Drexel University's College of Information Science and Technology in
1997.
