Legal Research and Writing Faculty. Mr. Cohen is a Phi Beta
Kappa graduate of the University of Florida, where he earned his B.A. in 1994, with honors. He earned his J.D. in 1998 from
Rutgers-Camden, with honors. While in law school, he was Lead
State Constitutional Law editor of the Rutgers Law Journal
and authored "Developments in State Constitutional Law: The Judicial
Branch" and portions of "Developments in State Constitutional
Law: The Legislative Branch," which appear in the Rutgers Law Journal.
Following law school, from 1998-2005, Mr. Cohen was a litigation
associate with the firm of Stradley Ronon Stevens and Young in
Philadelphia, where his practice focused on a range of complex
commercial and employment matters, including cases involving
discrimination, enforcement of restrictive covenants, retaliation, and
wrongful discharge at the administrative, state, and federal levels.
