Legal Research and Writing Faculty. Ms. Wallinger is a 1982 cum
laude graduate of Rutgers University College of Nursing and a 1989
graduate of Temple University School of Law. While in private practice,
she litigated New Jersey and Pennsylvania insurance law issues,
focusing primarily on worker's compensation law. She also is a
registered nurse, with over 10 years experience in the fields of
critical care and hospice. She joined the Rutgers legal research and
writing faculty in 2001. Her scholarly interests include legal writing,
cognitive learning theory, therapuetic jurisprudence, and worker's
compensation law. She is admitted to practice in both New Jersey and
Pennsylvania.
