from Bloomfield College and his J.D. from Rutgers-Newark. He joined the faculty in 1991 as an adjunct professor. He was
counsel to Stryker, Tams & Dill, LLP from 1993 until his academic
leave in 2000. Previously, he was an adjunct and visiting professor at
Seton Hall Law School and was associated with the Prudential Insurance
Company of America. He is a former chair of the New York State Bar
Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law Section and of the New
Jersey State Bar Entertainment & Arts Law Committee. His publications
have been in the areas of intellectual property, and entertainment,
arts, and sports law. Professor Kettle is faculty
adviser to the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal,
the Entertainment & Sports Law Society, and the Intellectual
Property Law Society, and is a member of the editorial board of the New Jersey Law Journal.
