Director of Administrative Services. Ms. Skipper earned her B.S. from the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations and University College-Newark. Before joining the law school in 1995, she worked in human resources, customer service, and retail positions in the retail industry. At the law school she has been an administrative assistant to the director of administrative services and an administrative assistant to the assistant dean of academic services. She has been in her current position since June 2006.
