Serials and Technology Librarian. Ms. Chuang oversees serials ordering, renewals, exchange agreements, cancellations, check-in, claiming, binding and maintaining Millennium Integrated Library System. She received her M.L.S. degree from Syracuse University. She also holds a law degree from Taiwan and an LL.M. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She currently serves as the archives committee chair of the New Jersey Law Librarians Association. Her research interests are foreign, international, and comparative law; electronic resources use; and serials management.
