The Master's Advantage Plan is not a five-year program per se. Rather it allows human resource management (HRM) undergraduate students the ability to complete a bachelor's degree and the master of human resource management (M.H.R.M.) degree within five years provided all program requirements are satisfied. Qualified students can utilize up to 18 select credits earned from their bachelor of arts in human resource management toward the master's in human resource management. Use of these credits is contingent upon application and acceptance into the M.H.R.M. program. Further, students must have received a grade of B or better in the applicable courses.
All HRM students are included in the M.A.P. but, in order to be able to utilize the specific credits earned during their years of undergraduate study,
students must apply separately to the M.H.R.M. program and must do so within five years after receipt of their bachelor's degree. Please see
