Human Resource Management 533 The human resource management undergraduate minor is offered by the School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR). Further details are available in the SLMR section of this catalog.
A minor in human resource management is one path to understanding business that does not require a complete business degree. It helps prepare students interested in pursuing a master degree in human resource management (M.H.R.M.), or the master in business administration (M.B.A.).
