Rebecca Kunkel is the reference and metadata librarian, providing reference and research services to students,
faculty, and the general public and assisting in developing and expanding
the library's collection of free online legal resources.
After receiving
her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, Kunkel clerked for Judge
James Baker of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in
Washington, D.C., and then worked for five years as an Assistant Public
Defender in Maryland. She received her M.L.I.S. from Rutgers School of Communication and Information, where she specialized in
digital libraries.
