Tom Ryan is director of information technology at the
Rutgers Camden Information Technology Department (RCIT). This department
provides IT support for all of the Camden administrative departments, the schools of law and nursing, as well as the Faculty of
Arts and Sciences. Prior to becoming the director of RCIT, he was the director of IT for the Rutgers School of Law in Camden.
Mr. Ryan is an active developer and
proponent of education technologies and open-source methodology. He has
presented on these topics at conferences for CALI and the ABA, as well
as the JAG School for the U.S. Army.
Mr. Ryan currently serves on his local board of education and has been a
volunteer coach for the local baseball and soccer leagues. He is
married to Sherrie and has two children.
