Each semester tuition and fees are due and payable in full at the time of registration for nonmatriculated students. Matriculated students payment is due the first day of class or by the due date on their billing statement, unless the student selects to use the installment plan. Students shall be assessed either
resident or nonresident tuition based upon their legal domicile as determined
by school location. Residency for tuition purposes may be changed upon

To Use the Installment Plan
Students will be notified by email of payment plan offers each semester. There is a $50 payment plan fee, which is charged each semester the student signs up for a payment plan. Financial Aid
Students seeking financial aid must go to the RBHS
Financial Aid website and complete all the necessary steps to complete their financial aid profile.
Late Payments
Any tuition/fee payment not received within 30 days of the due date for the semester will be charged a late fee of $50 for each month the account is in arrears.
If your tuition bill has not been paid in full, or if you have not made arrangements to pay your bill by the end of the Drop/Add period you will be deregistered as a result. Furthermore, if payment remains outstanding, the business office shall place encumbrances on student accounts in mid-November for the fall semester or early May for the spring semester, or following two or more missed payments under an installment payment plan. Such encumbrances may result in withholding of transcripts, grades, and/or degrees; withholding of academic credit; barring of advancement to the next academic semester; and/or other administrative actions.
Students with encumbered accounts will be sent a 15-day notice to pay in full or make payment arrangements. Students that fail to bring their accounts current will have them turned over to a collection agency.
