Online Professional Master's in Labor and Employment Relations (M.L.E.R)

This
36-credit professional program is designed for working adults with a
demonstrated interest in either labor/social justice, or managing employees
well. Graduates have a variety of intellectual interests and career objectives.
The master's program in labor and employment relations (M.L.E.R.) combines
professional training with intellectual exploration to produce graduates who are
thoughtful professionals, informed leaders, and/or researchers grounded in
contemporary reality.
The program
is 100% online and allows working professionals enrolled part-time to balance
full-time employment with coursework. Students are encouraged to start with one
or two courses per semester to start. Courses are available year-round and
typically are asynchronous students do not need to be online on a specific
day/time to complete course activities. Students in the online courses will be
both from this program and our regular MLER program.
