Master's Degree Programs

The School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR) offers a master of labor and employment relations (M.L.E.R.) degree and a master of human resource management (M.H.R.M.) degree. SMLR also offers programs that allow students to complete a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in five years of full-time study. Students enrolled in the industrial relations and human resources (I.R.H.R.) doctoral program are eligible to receive the master of science degree.
