33:140:320 Business Law I (3) Discussion of the legal environments of business; contracts--their formation, operation, and discharge; sales--property, both real and personal. Prerequisites:01:220:102 & 01:220:103 & 33:010:272 OR 21:220:101 & 21:220:102 & 29:010:203. All except first-year students.

33:140:321 Business Law II (3) Negotiable instruments, agency, partnerships, corporations, secured transactions, and bankruptcy. Prerequisite: 33:140:320. Open to accounting majors; junior or senior status.
