Undergraduates in the School of Communication and Information have the opportunity to apply to an honors program if they meet eligibility requirements. Students in the honors program undertake an independent research project and complete a thesis under the supervision of a faculty adviser.
Eligibility requirements include a minimum GPA in the major of 3.4, a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2, and sponsorship of a faculty adviser. Students interested in entering the honors program should contact the undergraduate program director of their major or the school's student advising office to discuss the honors program and current application procedures.
