Designed to contribute to the
professional development of
future academic leaders, this course is designed to inform doctoral
students about
conceptual issues related to leadership, the organization and
administration of
higher education in the United States, and the contemporary challenges
facing
college and university leaders in the 21st century. The course
will meet for 90 minutes during the first 12 weeks of the
semester, will appear on the transcript, but will not receive degree
credit or incur additional fees. A specific course description can be seen

with attendance and participation.
