Donald Korobkin teaches Bankruptcy, Commercial Law, and Contracts. He has
written extensively on the subject of the principles of bankruptcy law,
including widely cited articles in the Columbia Law Review and Texas Law Review.
Prior to joining the Rutgers faculty in 1997, Professor Korobkin taught
