To integrate the interdisciplinary course approach, students must take the foundation course, Introduction to Media Studies 50:920:342,
which introduces them to the critical and theoretical paradigms of media studies and its applicability to a range of disciplines. This course serves as a basis for
the minor.
Students then take 15 credits of media studies specialized courses. (See course list.)
