Interested students should contact the Department of
Nursing at 856/225-6226 for information and an appointment with a
faculty member. Each student is considered individually and a proposed
course of study discussed.
The R.N. student is considered an
"Advanced Placement Student" by virtue of prior education, experience,
and graduation from an NLN-accredited professional nursing program. It
is possible for advanced placement students who have met all of the
prenursing requirements and have passed the NCLEX, which challenges 20
credits of Nursing II and III, to finish the upper-division nursing
program in one full year. Students may decide to take their course work
at a slower pace.
