Transcripts of academic work include all courses taken and grades received at the university. Students may request a transcript that includes all courses taken while enrolled as an undergraduate student (matriculating, nonmatriculating, and Summer Session), all courses taken while enrolled as a graduate student (matriculating, nonmatriculating, and Summer Session), or all courses taken while enrolled in all schools.
Currently enrolled students can view their schedule of classes with meeting days, times, and locations, as well as their semester grades and full transcripts and/or transfer course credits. Transcript information is updated nightly. Transcripts are not available on Fridays from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
NOTE: If you do not have a social security number, Rutgers ID or Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (formerly UMDNJ) ID, or you are not willing to supply it, you will not be able to request a transcript through this system.
