Student Identification Card
All students should wear a Rutgers University identification
card while on campus. Identification cards will be issued by the Department of
Public Safety to newly enrolled students upon receipt of registration,
presentation of a primary photo ID for verification, and the appropriate form provided
by the school location. The student ID card:
- serves
as your library card, and allows you to check out books and other resources
from Rutgers University Libraries;
- provides
access to financial aid checks from the cashier's office; and
- provides
access to Rutgers School of Public Health buildings after 6:00 pm.
