Student Obligations to the University
Students having outstanding obligations to the university may have privileges of registration, advance registration, receipt of a diploma at commencement, and receipt of transcripts of record revoked. Obligations may take the form of unpaid monies, unreturned or damaged books and equipment, parking fines, other charges for which a student may become legally indebted to the university, and failure to comply with disciplinary sanctions or administrative actions. The Rutgers School of Public Health will place holds on registration, diplomas, and transcripts for any student having an outstanding obligation until the student resolves the obligation.
