given by business industry leaders or faculty on current topics of
interest. Recent topics in Executive Leadership have included: Crisis
Leadership and Change Management, Innovation Strategy for Senior
Executives, Cycle of One, and Executive-Level Negotiations, and Managing
Virtual Interaction.
- Participants
choose three electives out of a menu of nine. Courses offered in recent
years have included International Trade and Macroeconomics, Portfolio
Management Strategy, Mergers & Restructuring Strategy, Capstone
Consulting, Brand Management and Digital Marketing Analytics. The
international summer program abroad counts as an elective, thus bringing
the total number of electives to four. Students may obtain a concentration
in an area (finance or marketing) by taking all three electives in that
particular area.
See the Course List and Descriptions section of this catalog. New short courses
include Lean Start-Ups, two distinct levels of Presentation Skills, a greater
global (exchange rate) emphasis on financial analysis, and more options in the
field of supply chain management.
The global executive M.B.A.

Quants reflect these additions. Over the years, the program has been
ranked #2 in Economics, #5 in Strategy, # 7 in Finance, #1 in Administrative
Assistance, #8 in Return on Investment. Please visit http://emba.rutgers.edu for
