1. 24 credits in Portuguese language, literature, and culture,
which must include 21&62: 810:131,132 Intermediate Portuguese (or
equivalent preparation as demonstrated by proficiency examination). Any
of the PLWS numbered 200 or higher may be taken to satisfy this
requirement.
2. 6 credits in the PLWS core classes, 21&62: 810:342,343 Portuguese and Lusophone World Civilization and Culture.
3. No more than 6 credits in 1 and 2 are to be taken in English.
4. 6 credits in other courses within the Department of Classical
and Modern Languages and Literatures or those from appropriate NCAS
departments, subject to the approval of the PLWS program. The following
