Philosophy Major
The major requires 30 credits in philosophy courses that must include the following:
21&62:730:201 Introduction to Logic (3)
21&62:730:206 Introduction to Greek Philosophy (3)
21&62:730:207 Introduction to Modern Philosophy (3)
Subject to the approval of the philosophy department, up to 6 of the 30
philosophy credits required for the philosophy major may be taken in
upper-level (300 level or above) courses dealing with theoretical
issues from the following disciplines: Economics 220, History 510,
Mathematics 640, Political Science 790, Psychology 830, and Sociology
920. The following are some examples of acceptable courses:

21&62:790:372 Modern Political Theory (3)
21&62:840:398 Topics in Religious Studies (3)
