Dual Women's Health/Nurse Midwifery Curriculum


The postbaccalaureate D.N.P. women's health/nurse midwifery program is 78 credits with 855 clinical hours devoted to precepted practice and 500 mentored hours during which students develop, implement, evaluate, and disseminate their D.N.P. projects.

Graduates will be eligible to sit for certification through both the American Midwifery Certification Board as a certified nurse-midwife and the National Certification Corporation (NCC) as a women's health nurse practitioner.
