To qualify for contracting and enrollment into the advanced course of the ROTC program for the purpose
of commissioning, an individual must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate
or graduate student with at least 60 degree credits, maintain a competitive minimum 3.0 cumulative grade-point average, be a citizen of the United
States between 18 and 32 years of age (inclusive), meet U.S. Army medical qualifications,
excel in the ROTC leadership development program, maintain a high standard of physical fitness as determined by the U.S. Army Physical
Fitness Test, and attain a National Security Agency background security clearance.
