Students who are in good academic good standing are eligible to declare the human resource management (HRM) minor through the School of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers University–New Brunswick. The HRM minor consists of 18 credits in human resource management, and must include course 37:533:301 Introduction to Human Resource Management, four courses from the concentration, and one elective course from the potential electives offered by the School of Management and Labor Relations (SMLR). Substitution of courses from other disciplines is allowed only with permission from the director of the minor program.
Students will be required to complete six courses, offered by SMLR, with a C grade or better.
