To qualify for enrollment in the ROTC program for the purpose
of commissioning, an individual must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate
or graduate student, maintain a minimum 2.0 cumulative grade-point average, be a citizen of the United
States between 17 and 27 years of age (inclusive), meet U.S. Army medical qualifications,
and maintain physical conditioning as determined by the U.S. Army Physical
Fitness Test. Noncitizen students may be permitted to take ROTC when they
fulfill certain requirements of military regulations.
