See Theater Arts in the Programs of Study for Liberal Arts Students section for bachelor of arts (B.A.) program information and courses.

The bachelor of fine arts (B.F.A.) degree in theater arts is designed for students seeking intensive conservatory theater training in a liberal arts setting and requires a four-year residency for entering first-year students. The program offers three areas of study: acting, design, and production and management. Students in the B.F.A. program specializing in design or production and management must be in residence for a minimum of three years. In acting, a four-year residency is required. Students are auditioned and/or interviewed as part of the admission process and continue in their program each year by faculty invitation only.
